Grow Your Business with Quality
Quality Tourism Services (QTS) Scheme is the recognized stamp of approval from the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB). This sign of quality is carried only by companies that are accredited by the HKTB for achieving quality and service excellence.
Shops, restaurants, visitor accommodations and hair salons that achieve stringent, objective standards of excellence are granted the privilege of displaying the QTS sign of quality bearing the HKTB accreditation. This sign makes it easy for customers, both local and from abroad, to identify quality merchants that they can trust.
Hong Kong Productivity Council is the appointed agent to carry out the mid-year site visits and annual assessments of the QTS Scheme shop and restaurant members. As for visitor accommodation premises and hair salons, the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency is the appointed agent for conducting assessments.
